Ministry of Energy and Water Receives 25 EOI’s for Hydro Power Projects

Local and international companies have submitted 25 Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) to participate in public-private partnerships for hydroelectricity projects in Lebanon. Covering more than 10 rivers all over the country, the EOI’s that were submitted by the deadline of 20 June 2018, include projects with proposed capacities ranging from 4 to 40 MW. A technical team at the Ministry of Energy and Water is working on the review of all submitted EOI’s. The list of EOI’s is now available online: http://bit.ly/HydroEOI.
