Deadline of Proposals Submission of the 180 MW Solar Farms: Monday, 30 October 2017 at 12:00 Noon
As noted earlier in the second Q&A report (sent on 11 September 2017), the deadline for submitting proposals related to the “Request for Proposals (RFP) from the private sector to participate in the implementation of 180 MW of solar photovoltaic (PV) farms in Lebanon” is fixed on Monday, 30 October 2017 at 12:00 noon. There will be no deadline extension. All proposals received after this date will not be accepted. It is advised that bidders which are planning to send their proposals by fast courier (Aramex, DHL, or equivalent) to do so three days before the mentioned deadline. All proposals must be delivered and registered at the Office of the Minister of Energy and Water (MEW) located at the 2nd floor of the MEW building, Corniche du Fleuve, Beirut, Lebanon.
