Besides the bilateral agreements, the Italian Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security has undersigned various agreements with the financial international institutions in order to promote cooperation programs and projects in the developing countries. Through these funds, Italy has in mind to combine innovation, sustainability, competition and respect for the environment. The challenge is making environment a great leverage of economic development, launching new opportunities and perspective of job by clean technologies, energy saving and renewable energies.
