At the eighth session of the IRENA Assembly, the President advised Members of the forthcoming end of the four-year term of the Director-General of IRENA. The Director-General Selection Committee recently published a vacancy announcement addressed to the IRENA membership. LCEC encourages qualified professionals from Lebanon to apply. The deadline to submit applications is Wednesday, 6 June 2018.
